I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-7 business days excluding holidays.

Tracking information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed. 

I am not satisfied with my purchase, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

As a COVID-19 precaution, wine and wine products are non-refundable and non-returnable.  All sales are final.

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is incorrect  please notify us via email at customerservice@2browngirls.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Are our wines vegan or organic?

No, our wine is not vegan or organic.

I'm local and in VA. Can I pick up instead of ship?

Currently we ship our wines via ground transportation.  We will have several pop up shops in the future if someone is interested in picking up their wine.
